Welcome to Fitting Room. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Fitting Room website and virtual try-on service (the "Service"), operated by [BUSINESS NAME] ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. What the Service does
Fitting Room uses artificial intelligence to generate images that show how clothing might look on you. You upload a photo of yourself and a photo of a garment; the Service produces an AI-generated rendering. Generated images are illustrative previews, not guarantees. Actual fit, size, color, fabric behavior, and appearance of real garments may differ from AI renderings. The Service is not a substitute for size guides or fitting advice, and we are not responsible for purchase decisions made on the basis of generated images.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Your photos and content rights
You may only upload photos that you have the right to use. Photos of yourself must be of you; photos of other people may only be uploaded with their explicit consent. Garment images should be used in a manner consistent with the rights of their owners. You must not upload images of anyone under 18, sexually explicit material, or images intended to harass, impersonate, or deceive.
You retain all rights to the photos you upload. You grant us a limited license to process your photos solely to operate the Service (including transmission to our AI provider for generation). Generated try-on images are yours to keep for personal, non-commercial use. If you wish to use generated images commercially, you are responsible for ensuring you have all necessary rights to the underlying inputs.
4. Credits and payments
Try-ons are paid for with credits ("looks"), sold in packs via our payment processor, Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout. Credits are tied to your account, are non-transferable, and do not expire. Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for currency.
Refunds. Because generation costs are incurred immediately, credits that have been spent on completed generations are non-refundable. If a generation fails, the credit is automatically returned to your account. Unused credit packs purchased within the last 14 days may be refunded on request where required by applicable consumer law — contact us at fashiontryon25@gmail.com. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable statutory rights you hold in your jurisdiction, including any mandatory withdrawal rights.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: use the Service to create deceptive, defamatory, or harassing content; generate images of any person without their consent; attempt to circumvent credit accounting, rate limits, or content safeguards; reverse engineer or resell the Service; or use automated means to access the Service except through interfaces we provide.
6. Storage and deletion
Generated looks are stored privately in your wardrobe until you delete them. Your uploaded photos are processed transiently and are not stored, with one exception: if you choose "Remember my photo", that photo is stored until you remove it or delete your account. You can delete looks and your saved photo at any time from your wardrobe. Account deletion requests can be sent to fashiontryon25@gmail.com and will remove your stored images, profile, and credit balance.
7. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties: OpenAI (image generation), Supabase (authentication and database), Stripe (payments), and Cloudflare (image storage). Their availability affects ours; we are not liable for interruptions caused by third-party outages. Payment information is handled by Stripe — we never see or store your card details.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, text, and software, is our property or licensed to us. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our branding or software beyond using the Service as intended.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. AI outputs may contain inaccuracies or artifacts. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, with a refund of unused, paid credits where required by law and where the termination is not due to your material breach.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated date, and continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to updated Terms, stop using the Service and contact us regarding any unused credits.
12. Governing law and contact
